Resun Dms 500pl Manual

Not sure if this thread is in the correct forum, so mods please move it if needed.
When i've started my hobby in marines the LFS owner suggested that I must start with something small like the Resun DMS 400. (I which I knew more then)
This is a 48l tank, with 2 15W lights, and a small pump.
Back then I had 2 clowns and one nemmy in the tank - all were great!
Later I've moved all of these too my 300 l tank, and the Resun is not in use any more.
The wife now wants me to set this little tank up again in her salon.
I must say, back then it actually looked very cool, small, but cool..
Now for the questions:
1. What fish, and how many fish do you recommend for a tank of this size?
2. What filter can/must be used. It came with bio balls and ceramic rings, but i don't want to use this again..
3. Do any of you know where i can find a blue globe for this tank?
4. I know that regular water maint must be done, but what do you recommend?
