Excellent service - I really wasn't sure if the product (Carminat V32) would work with my car, an '07 plate Espace. I bought it 2nd hand and there was no disc so I couldn't supply any version no.s etc. Anyway, with a bit of to'ing and fro'ing with pics of my dash and controller etc. I got the right discs 1st time and they work a treat. Brilliant product, just put the new CD in and let it load and install, then pop in the new DVD and hey presto updated satnav !!! To change the language you just pop the old DVD back in then go to the language setting manu and change to English. Then put the new DVD back in and it will have changed the language to English :)

I brought this updated Sat nav disc and very happy with the upgrade now got Sat nav with speed camera awareness added

I ordered the disc and it arrived in France within 3 days, I followed the instructions and loaded the new discs without problems. I had difficulty changing the language to English but after reading the reviews this was quickly rectified. I am very impressed with the product and service.

it then all comes up in French and you cannot change it in the menu ,BUT it says in French' data not known remove dvd disc ,put in original disc',that gives access to the change language sector of the menu,change to English,remove when complete,put in update disc,and you have just saved a pocket full of currency,its not difficult if I can do it ,regards alan

Have a 2008 Renault Laguna Sports Tourer The built in sat nav & info unit is really good, but as the satnav is now 5years out of date it is no longer usefull. I tried main dealers and others but was quoted silly prices for an update!! This is a very affordable product to update maps in my case for a 2008 Renault Espace. The package also includes a system software upgrade which loaded seamlessly with the engine running. Highly recommended!
